Collier and Brock Veterinary Surgery provides a PDSA PetAid service for those people who are eligible. This entitles the registered pet to free treatment for sickness and injury. PetAid does not cover routine procedures and costs such as vaccinations, micro chipping, flea or worm treatments. To check to see if you are eligible for PDSA PetAid please click here.

If you are eligible, the next step is to register at Collier and Brock Veterinary Surgery, your pet will be given an examination and you will be given a PDSA PetAid Application Form. The form must be completed by you and returned to the surgery you will be attending.

Processing the paperwork can take up to 6 weeks so please register in advance before your pet needs treatment.

Only one pet per household may be registered.
